Where can I find sandbags?

to help prepare for possible tropical storm activity in Central Florida, the City of Deltona will provide empty sand bags and sand for residents of the City of Deltona, at three locations beginning at noon, Thursday (July 30).

The distribution will take place at the following locations:

  • Dewey O. Boster Sports Complex, 1200 Saxon Blvd.
  • Festival Park, 191 Howland Blvd.
  • Lake Butler Recreation Complex (skatepark), 301 Courtland Blvd.

The free sand and sand bag distribution will continue until 5 p.m., Thursday, and also take place from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m. on both Friday (July 31) and Sunday (Aug. 1). Residents will need to provide identification to verify residency and are encouraged to bring shovels so they can fill up to 10 bags with sand.

How am I able to filter my search for incident reports?

In the “Recent Incidents” pane on the left side of the portal, click on the “Filtering options” button that looks like control sliders. You may filter incidents by age, type or status. If you are looking for a particular incident you may type in your incident number in the search bar located in “Recent Incidents”.

How do I open up an incident?

You may open an incident by clicking on one of the quick links that appear at the top of the Deltona My311 web portal, or by clicking on “Report an issue”. Fill out the incident form and click on submit.
