How do I open up an incident?

You may open an incident by clicking on one of the quick links that appear at the top of the Deltona My311 web portal, or by clicking on “Report an issue”. Fill out the incident form and click on submit.

How can I see if there is an incident already created?

On the Deltona My311 map, you will see map points that indicate where current and past incidents were reported and the Recent Incidents on the left side of the page contain the incident details. If you begin to enter an incident that has already been reported, you will be notified by the system. You may decide at that point if you wish to continue or cancel your submission.

Can I stay anonymous?

In most cases you may enter an incident anonymously, but some do require the submitter’s contact information in order to request more details to properly resolve the incident.

Will I be able to know the status of my complaint?

Yes, when entering an incident you will receive an incident number. With that incident number, you may either check the Deltona My311 web portal or place a call with the proper department and give them your incident number. If you entered your email address when submitting an incident you will get an email notification when we receive your incident and when it has been resolved.

How do I create an account on Deltona My 311?

Click on “Sign in” at the top-right corner of the page. You will be directed to a login page. At the bottom of the login box, click on “Register”. You will be asked to fill in your first name, last name, email address, and a password. Once you have entered your information click on the “Register” button. The page will direct you to a notification that you must log in to your email account to verify your email address to complete the account registration. Once you have verified your account you may log in to the Deltona My311 web portal.
