Volusia County has announced they will begin milling and resurfacing most of Providence Boulevard from Doyle Road to Howland Boulevard beginning Oct. 14. There will be nightly lane closures. Well-signed lane closures with flagging operations will be in place. Motorists and pedestrians traveling in the construction areas are urged to use caution.
