In the “Recent Incidents” pane on the left side of the portal, click on the “Filtering options” button that looks like control sliders. You may filter incidents by age, type or status. If you are looking for a particular incident you may type in your incident number in the search bar located in “Recent Incidents”.

Each department’s response time will vary depending on the type of incident being reported and the department’s policies.

You may open an incident by clicking on one of the quick links that appear at the top of the Deltona My311 web portal, or by clicking on “Report an issue”. Fill out the incident form and click on submit.

Yes, you may report multiple incidents in the same day, but the response times to each incident will depend on each department’s policies.

Yes, cases that are closed will have the word closed and a green circle with a check next to them under “Recent Incidents”.

On the Deltona My311 map, you will see map points that indicate where current and past incidents were reported and the Recent Incidents on the left side of the page contain the incident details. If you begin to enter an incident that has already been reported, you will be notified by the system. You may decide at that point if you wish to continue or cancel your submission.
