How do I request a garbage bin/toter if I am a new resident?

New property owners will be asked to provide proof of ownership. You will have to go to City Hall located at 2345 Providence Blvd, Deltona. Hours of operations are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
