Why have I been sent a penalty notice for Business Tax?
Annual Business Tax Receipt fees are due July 1st and become delinquent if not paid by October 1st. The City assesses late penalties on delinquent fees. If you have questions about your account or the late penalty, call Business Tax at 386-878-8560.

Why have I gotten an invoice for Fire Inspection?
The City requires annual Fire safety inspections for most businesses operating in Deltona. There is a charge for each inspection and reinspection to cover the cost of this service, and the City bills this fee to each business.

You need to come to City Hall at 2345 Providence Boulevard, Deltona, in person to update the address on your Business Tax Receipt.

When are property taxes due?
